Day 1

Carport and upper deck trellises came down.  Courtyard tiles scored along  18” perimeter.  All drains plugged up for testing (and tested – 912 ended up with a leak in the livingroom ceiling).  They will now check INSIDE the homes for leaks (don’t know how they could tell from outside).  Holding off on deck demolition because of  40% chance of rain predicted for Thursday.  No scaffolding today.   They really meant it when they said everything out of the courtyards, patios, deck.  Marborg storage containers placed in all four parking places next to 911 and also in parking place closest to back of 901.  The one near 901 is for homeowners’ things.
