Stonemark’s Jan. 25 email re: week of Jan. 28

Next week’s expected construction activities are outlined as follows.  Because of ongoing rain, work will continue to focus on buttoning up the deck & deck door areas for those units already in progress.
Cluster / Units 901 through 919:  Demo will continue around existing deck doors and to any remaining deck areas as required before final coating is applied.
The crews will return to start to set revised pans at the following units. This is expected to take approx 2-hrs each.

Mon, Jan 28: [list of units]
Cluster / 901 through 909:  Work will continue with waterproofing, re-sloping and deck demolition.  It is unlikely that the crews will complete all 5 decks next week, so expect this work to extend into the following week.  Access will be gained by unscrewing your deck doors. You do not need to be home to allow access for this work, as it is performed from the deck -or exterior- side.  But as we’ve mentioned before, we’ve requested the contractor schedule the work as a consideration.
