Mar. 7 Construction Meeting Notes

  • Landscaping: problem with Plowboy not performing services to expectations is being addressed.
  • Scheduling: installation of new windows has been easy, but details of the flashing tie-in doors and fixed doors are still being worked out.
Patio flashing needs a longer stretch of dry weather to get the waterproofing sequence completed: prep/prime concrete; layer of tufflex (window to dry but not harden); flashing; another layer of tufflex (which smells toxic even if it’s not).
  • Window use: do they need to be taped shut from deck demo to stucco application? Maybe they can be taped differently for some operability.
  • Status update: 910s door installation has begun, but is waiting for extended no-rain. 900s waiting for door delivery, getting conf. date for that on 3/8. 920s doors were ordered in 12/21. Trellis work is roughly on schedule.
